I’m totally unacceptable in the food service. Then we see her wiping her nose and messing with her face without washing her hands absolutely disgusting. Then talking to that table with food in her mouth.” oh sorry I grabbed a pice of bacon from back there” as she greeted a couple that was seated at a table. As you sit we continue to observe behavior of the server which was not good at all. First the Server was counting money out of the cash register never washed her hands and can to the table. The bed sheet did get changed Then the next morning we eat at the cafe at Harrah. They handled the situation very professionally and apologized. That was done and my concerns were shared and showed her the issues.
